Are my details secure

Of course! All the details we request are necessary to process your payment efficiently. We do not save your payment details once we have processed payments. Additionally, we will never pass your details on to anyone else.

What forms of payment do you accept?

For online and phone orders we accept all major credit cards including Visa and Mastercard. To pay in cash you will need to visit the clinic.

Do you deliver overseas?

Unfortunately not at this stage.

Who do you use for delivery?

We use Australia Post’s eParcel service to deliver all over Australia. There is a choice between Express Post or Registered Post. We can deliver to residential, business and PO Box addresses.

How can I track my delivery?

For either delivery method there is a tracking number which we will provide to you in your order confirmation email. This can then be used at http://auspost.com.au/track/track.html.

How much do you charge for delivery?

Depending on the postage option selected:
– Registered Post = $ 10
– Express Post= $ 13

How long will it take for my package to be delivered?

Once we have received your order, we generally post your products with-in 24 hours. Depending on the type of postage selected, registered mail can take up to 2-10 days, whilst express post is usually the next business day (if the order is placed before 12pm) depending on location.

Can I exchange an item that was purchased online?

Of course! Providing the item has not been opened or used we can exchange it. Please call the clinic on 8213 1800 to organise a replacement. Items can be returned to the clinic at:

Once we have received your returned item we can post the organised replacement.

Returns and exchanges need to be sent back with in 30 days of receiving the item, in the original packaging.

Can I change or cancel my order?

To cancel or change your order you will need to call the clinic on 8213 1800 as soon as possible.

The item I want is out of stock. What can I do?

We try to keep all items in stock, however popular items may be unavailable at times. Please call 8213 1800 and we can place the item on backorder and dispatch it once it has been restocked.

Can I order over the phone?

Yes! To order over the phone please call 8213 1800.

What do I do if I receive a faulty item or have concerns about my order?

We take extreme care in packaging products, wrapping all delicate items in bubble wrap to ensure you receive them in excellent condition. In the unlikely event that an item you receive is faulty, or you have any questions about your order please call us on 8213 1800.
